Our Falach 30 and Falach 35 briquetting presses are designed to produce cylindrical briquettes with a diameter of 50 mm and are characterized by an excellent price-performance ratio. The drive power of our briquetting presses Falach 30 and Falach 35 is 4 kW. When processing wood dust and wood shavings (with up to a maximum length of 15mm) depending on the bulk density, a performance between approx. 25 and 40 kg per hour can be a achieved. The moisture content of the wood chips - out of which the briquettes are made - must not exceed 15% atro.

 

The briquettes are formed in the crimping pliers which are operated with a stable hydraulic cylinder. The rectangular storage container has a capacity of approx. 0.33 qbm. In the storage container/hopper a stirrer is installed.

 

When it comes to the control system of our presses, we follow the philosophy of incorporating only as much technology into the machine as is actually needed by the customer. For this reason, our briquetting presses Falach 30 and Falach 35 are standardly equipped with a contactor control.

 

The control system of our Falach 30 consists of a motor protection switch as well as a button for manual start / stop.

 

The Falach 35 is equipped with a fill level indicator for automatic start / stop and with an automatic reversing device of the stirrer. A level indicator informs the control system of the machine when material is in the storage container of the press and starts/stops the machine automatically. This option is indispensable, for example, when the machine is set up under an extraction system. Furthermore, the machines differ by having a control option which automatically moves the cylinder to the end position. This control option is also included as standard in our Falach 35.
